Lägenhet att hyra i Malmö Centrum

I am renting the apartment because I have an two-year assignment abroad. The apartment is open and spacious, close to the center of the city, central station, and the Varnhem bus hub. It is in a bohemian area (Slussen) with numerous shops and restaurants, and the Entre Mall in close proximity. The rent includes water and broadband, the tenant will have to pay for electricity. The apartment will become available to move in on the 1st of April (negotiable). I'm looking to rent the apartment for a minimum of 1 year, with the option to renew.
